I lived here for two years and had a good experience. The office staff responded to my emails and was kind, helpful, and timely. Can’t complain about the maintenance either. My washer broke a couple of weeks after I moved in, and they installed a brand-new washer/ dryer within the week. Can’t speak for the whole complex, but the neighbors in my building were friendly and quiet for the most part.
