I lived here for two years and had a good experience. The office staff responded to my emails and was kind, helpful, and timely. Can’t complain about the maintenance either. My washer broke a couple of weeks after I moved in, and they installed a brand-new washer/ dryer within the week. Can’t speak for the whole complex, but the neighbors in my building were friendly and quiet for the most part. One small thing I loved was the covered parking, so I didn’t have to clear snow off my car all winter

We lived at North Pointe for a little over 3 years and rented a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The only reason we moved out was due to us purchasing our first home, otherwise we would have stayed longer. It was our first apartment and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to rent here. The property management is great, we had no issues with any neighbors, and the location is extremely convenient to food/shopping/downtown. I spent a few years at North Pointe Commons and enjoyed my stay. The addition of carports was very nice during the winter. The leasing office staff was wonderful and very supportive when it came to addressing any concerns including maintenance. The location is ideal for a downtown commute and close to many amenities.

My brother and I lived at North Point Commons apartment for 2 year. They have great stuff, clean apartments and very good maintenance. When you ask front desk staff to get something fixed in the apartment, it usually fix with in the day.
